| Who Should Attend |
The Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993
is complicated, comprehensive, and often difficult to apply to real-life
situations. No manager or supervisor can afford to place either
themselves or the company in violation of federal law and the courts do
not accept pleas of ignorance.
All managers and supervisors should attend this in-depth understanding
of the administration of FMLA, not only as defined by the federal rules
and regulations, but as the State of California applications also are
involved. | | | | | | | | |
