LAVA - "Do More With Less"

The meeting included a panel of experts, including CPEhr's CFO, Grace Drulius. The panel discussed "Doing More with Less" and provided insights and experiences on the following issues:

  • Experiences from companies - suggested do’s and don’ts
  • Rightsizing employee levels – rules and best practices to be aware of
  • New employee relationships - potential for lower cost and greater flexibility
  • Rethinking what’s a core function – outsourcing or selling non-core functions
  • Using technology - lower operating costs and increase efficiency.
