CPEhr conducts a detailed business consultation at the outset of the relationship, and offers four distinct service models from which you can choose:
When partnering with CPEhr through the PEO model, CPEhr actually assumes the Administrative Employer role for your business and employees, while you continue to be the Managing Employer. This option gains you access to CPEhr’s master benefit and worker’s compensation programs and you are automatically enrolled in our Employment Practices Liability (EPLI) policy.
When partnering with CPEhr through the HRP model, CPEhr takes on the administrative functions relating to employment. We work with you to enhance your benefit offerings and we administer or procure new worker’s compensation policies. Other insurance programs are also available, depending on your specific needs and resources.
When partnering with CPEhr through the HRO model, CPEhr designs a customized service plan for the specific area(s) you designate. This option does not include payroll administration and tax management, but does provide for services in other administrative human resource functions, as well as strategic services.
CPEhr’s a-la-carte menu offers clients the ability to outsource short-term assignments. This model provides access to discounted rates for HR assignments that clients may not be able to manage in-house, for HR professionals that don’t have time to get to a specific task, and for those who want to partner with an outside firm to support their initiatives. You choose the assignment, we deliver the finished product, at a competitive rate, within an agreed upon timeline.
