Employees working for Los Angeles organizations were surveyed anonymously early this spring by the Los Angeles Business Journal to measure their overall satisfaction with their work place. Key criterion used to determine the ranking related to leadership, corporate culture, work environment, training, development, communications, planning, pay and benefits.
