Employees must feel trust for their colleagues and supervisors and receive regular recognition to enhance their engagement in the workforce.
We must encourage our employees on a daily basis, even when we don’t want to, in order to create an environment that will let them fail and let them learn. Build employees up in moments when it would be easier to dismiss them.
